Cochlear runs a global technology landscape. It needed one trusted view of its applications and technology, aligned to strategy, with the reporting and governance to manage it enterprise-wide. It also wanted independent senior assurance over an S/4HANA solution being delivered by a Big Four systems integrator.
Task
Emphasys was engaged to stand up SAP LeanIX, harmonise Cochlear’s technology landscape, establish ongoing EA reporting and governance, and quality-check the S/4HANA solution.
